  • People are worried about getting discriminated against at work because of their age

  • One of the many examples is Linda Ayles, 43, who had her first botox when she was 32 to increase her confidence in her career life
  • Linda Ayles said that if women in her 30s looks tired and not energetic, people will doubt their capability
  • Dr Ashley Granot, the director of medicine at the Ashley Centre said that 80 percent of his patients had cosmetic surgery because they lacked confidence and half of them said that it affects them at work
  • It doesn't apply just to women, but also to men. Men also needs to look younger in order to impress
